ABOUT THE ROLE
Based in Qube's Head Office and overlooking Sydney's Barangaroo precinct, this position will support the Contract and Tender Managers in the administration and maintenance of contract documents, contract systems and development of tenders.
Please note this is not a hybrid role and will be required to work in the office on a full-time basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer Commercials' Client Relationship Manager (CRM) System
• Manage Contracts Filing
• Maintain Confidentiality Agreements
• Prepare Qube's Supplier Prequalification's
• Connect
• Maintain Commercial Intranet Site
• Insurances
• Projects and Data Analysis
• Support Tender Team

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
• A high level of interest in learning, and ability to adopt, new systems
• Strong Communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Attention to detail
• Intermediate organisational skills
• Previous transport/logistics company experience (desirable)
• Previous Administration or project coordination experience (desirable)
