Senior Commercial & Contracts Manager (Epcm)

The businesses is in growth mode and with many key projects and fresh investment they have created a new role for a Senior CommercialContracts Manager to join their team in Sydney.

The role reports into the CFO and will have responsibility for the contracts and procurement function and creating the operating framework, governance and strategy for the contracts management life-cycle to deliver better commercial and business outcomes. It's a hands-on and involved role working with a high-performing and dynamic team with accountability for strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, risk management, compliance, analysis and reporting as well as ongoing strategic reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for you to make your mark and shape your future as one of Australia's leading commercial contracts experts.

We are looking for a seasoned Senior CommercialContracts Manager who has a successful track-record in setting up and running a contracts management function in a high-growth, fast-paced and large-scale project focused business. You will be able to demonstrate your experience in managing a diverse and complex portfolio of suppliers and contracts, cost and risk management, developing continuous improvement initiatives to improve commercial outcomes, playing a key role on projects, and achieving strategic objectives to support business growth and success. You will be a hands-on, directive and motivational leader, team player, shrewd negotiator, relationship builder, curious and detailed-orientated, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced and transformational environment.
