A Boutique real estate agency located in central Gold Coast looking for an experience Lead Office Admin.
With a reputation that precedes them, our client caters to premium property, projects, and developments.
Your new role
- Uploading new listings onto portals such as realestate.com.au, Domain, Develop Ready
- Maintaining data in various systems
- Assist with all forms of the day to day running of the office
- Provide excellent communication to all clients
- Daily use of CRM Answering phones & inbound support enquiries
- Support the lead agent & team where needed
- Diary and schedule management
- Working proactively and autonomously though day-to-day tasks
- Welcoming all guests in the office
- General office supervision overview
- Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings where necessary
- Reconciling and actioning invoices and expenses as necessary with overview of Trust Accounts
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful candidate, you'll need to be a team player with essential real estate/property office experience. Your strong computer and up-to-date technological skills will be crucial. Excellent communication, attention to customer service, flexibility, and pride in appearance and time management are essential. Our client is looking for someone outgoing, confident, and with the ability to jump into the role with little training.
- Experience with a sales CRM is a must, while familiarity with REX CRM is advantageous.
- Must be confident in completing Form 6's and Contracts of Sale through RealWorks
- Experience navigating Realestate.com.au, Domain, DevelopmentReady
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Adobe, Cloud-based systems
- Can maintain social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Hold a level of understanding of AI Website Upkeep (WordPress)
