We are looking for 2 people to join our fast pace growing team as a Leasing Officer
- You will be responsible for the out of office activities that support the property management team.
This role offers something for everyone, whether you are wanting to progress into sales, rentals or administration this role will offer multiple opportunities in the future!
Harcourts Asap uses the latest technology and software to ensure our staff are equipped with all the right tools. You will receive great support from within our team and share in our vision of providing outstanding customer service to all our clients.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
- Routines
- Opens Inspections
- Condition Reports
You have a dedication Manager who will assist you throughout all steps of your daily tasks until you are comfortable/trained enough to perform the duties on your own.
Candidates must possess
- A forward thinker with a ‘can do’ attitude and an ability to problem solve
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent Presentation
- Ability to operate as part of a team and display team player behaviours
- Motivated to improve and grow (with our support)
- Willingness to listen, learn and also contribute
- Willingness to respect and adhere to business policies and procedures
Hours of Work
Tuesday - Saturday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
Must have Current:
- Police Check
- Drivers License.
- Working/Insured Car
- Agents Rep Certificate
