Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Manager (or Trainee) located in Lara, VIC. The Position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, managing staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers, handling budgeting and financial reporting, and implementing new processes to improve efficiency.

- Experience in managing teams and coordinating schedules
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning and property maintenance processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Relevant certifications or qualifications in operations management or a related field
- Willingness to undertake further training and qualifications.
