The Role:
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing conveyancing files from start to finish while also assisting staff with retirement living and leasing matters. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience and possess the following skills:
- Comfortable managing conveyancing files from A to Z;
- Proficiency in PEXA and QRO stamping;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
- Strong prioritisation skills to meet deadlines;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Genuine care for clients and colleagues and commitment to delivering exceptional service;
- Highly organised with excellent time management abilities;
- Positive and proactive team attitude.
This position is permanent part time employment, with an opportunity to transition into full time employment for the right candidate.
