A successful applicant will have:
- A genuine interest in property law
- Minimum 5 years Queensland conveyancing experience with new and established properties and off-the-plan sales and purchases
- Demonstrated experience in managing (under supervision) the conveyancing process from initial contract review/drafting through to settlement
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Experience with PEXA (essential)
- Experience with LEAP software (an advantage)
- Experience with New South Wales conveyancing (an advantage)
A successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Managing a wide range of conveyancing matters for first homeowners and owner occupiers, investors and developers
- Compliance with the conveyancing protocol
- The day-to-day conduct of each matter
- Diary management
- Preparation of the usual conveyancing tasks including drafting documents, correspondence and settlement figures.
