We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing and Property Paralegal to join our team on a full-time basis.
You will be working with an experienced conveyancer and our principal solicitor with a variety of property and commercial matters, including:
- residential conveyancing
- commercial conveyancing
- off the plan conveyancing
- contract preparation
- Title office document preparation and lodgment
- assisting with management rights conveyancing matters
- assisting with business conveyancing matters
- assisting with commercial leasing matters
- assisting with administration matters
Applicants will need to demonstrate: -
- Previous relevant paralegal experience
- The ability to work independently
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Lexis Affinity an advantage
- Experience with PEXA an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent word processing skills
- A professional manner and client service skills
- The ability to work in a team environment
Salary will be negotiated based on experience and skills.
