Our client is an ASX300 property development company actively seeking a Contracts Administrator and Customer Liaison Officer. Prior experience in a role like this is not essential, as long as you have previously had experience as a conveyancing or property paralegal.
This unique position will provide a refreshing change from the ordinary.
Duties & Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you manage crucial contract data in the CRM, assist with legal agreements and valuations, and monitor deposit investments for compliance. As well as handling extension requests, monitoring key contract dates, and providing regular updates to clients, consultants, and partners.
As the Customer Service Support, you will also be the main contact for customers and will be involved with hosting events and being the representative for the organisation.
Experience
- To be the successful candidate you will have two to three years’ experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal.
- Have strong attention to detail, exceptional communication, be approachable and engaging and want to take their career to the next level outside of private practice.
