AddressArrow White is an exciting boutique law firm located in Brisbane CBD.
Our team is expanding and we are offering full time and part time roles to candidates with ideally with two (2) years’ experience.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in residential, commercial, and off-the-plan Conveyancing (purchases and sales), including contract reviews all the way through to PEXA settlements.
We expect the candidate to be able to conduct all conveyancing tasks with limited supervision and to work autonomously, however there is administrative assistance.

Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years experience.
- The ability to run at least 20+ conveyancing matters per month autonomously and without difficulty.
- Must have experience handling conveyancing matters in QLD, and preferably also VIC.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on all conveyancing matters from A to Z.
- Strong attention to detail and correct use of grammar.
- Advanced PEXA skills.
- Ability to balance workspaces and prepare settlement statements and cheque directions with ease.
- Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
Favorable experience includes:
- Experience with commercial leasing.
- Experience with general land title lodgments (i.e. mortgages, second mortgages, caveats, etc.).
- Knowledge of conveyancing processes across all states.
