THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to support our growing team on the Sunshine Coast. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a crucial role by providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient processing of property transactions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in the conveyancing industry.

Unlike some firms, you will not be working after 5pm. This is when you should head home to spend time with family and friends.

YOU

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting solicitors in preparing settlement documents
• Managing communication with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
• Conducting property searches
• Handling general office tasks, including phone calls, emails, and appointments

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal support role is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
• Knowledge of conveyancing processes and regulations is a plus
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
