Royal Conveyancing is looking for a Full Time Conveyancing Assistant!
Duties:
✅ Answering incoming calls
✅ File opening and initial letters
✅ Liaising with clients, law firms, banks, and brokers
✅ Data Entry and other administration duties as required
✅ Drafting correspondence, Transfer Documents, and general documents
✅ Conducting property searches
✅ Office of State Revenue Stamping
✅ Other various Conveyancing Assistant Duties as required

- Ability to work under minimal supervision but still a team player
- Reliability and dedication to your duties
- Commitment to forging unbreakable bonds with clients, brokers, agents, and lawyers
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Great communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn new software, such as Smokeball/LEAP, Microsoft Office, and PEXA (embrace the power of technology!)
- Previous conveyancing experience is a bonus, but not required. Full Training on systems and processes is provided.
Salary:
Salary will be based on the successful applicant’s experience.
