About the Role
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our firm's operations, primarily focusing on managing residential and commercial conveyances on a day-to-day basis, with the guidance of our experienced property lawyers.
Key Responsibilities - Conveyancing
We are seeking candidates experienced in A-Z cottage conveyancing. You will be responsible for managing 10-20 active conveyances per month, with support and supervision from our property law team.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist our larger clients, including schools, churches, and charities, with their commercial property transactions.
At Donovan Winkler we like to do things differently. We are not a high-volume, cut-price conveyancing firm. We only accept a limited number of conveyances per month to make sure we can offer our clients proper service and peace of mind.
