Conveyancing Paralegal

• Located in Geebung
• Plenty of off street parking and located near public transport
• Job share - 2 days per week (Thursday, Friday and holiday relief)

We are looking for a permanent part time Conveyancing Paralegal to work alongside our experienced Conveyancer. Together, you will be running conveyancing files from start to finish. You will also assist with Off the Plan development files. Duties include, on line searches, dealing with clients and solicitors, calculating settlement figures, PEXA, organising settlements and general file management duties.

To be suitable for this position, you will need experience in A-Z conveyancing and PEXA settlements. You will be self-motivated, proactive and have excellent client service skills.
