Role Overview:
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role, supporting lawyers in all aspects of conveyancing matters. From conducting due diligence to preparing documentation and liaising with clients and stakeholders, your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting title searches, property searches, and due diligence investigations.
- Assisting with the preparation and drafting of legal documents, including contracts of sale, leases, and settlement statements.
- Managing communication and correspondence with clients, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Coordinating settlements and attending to post-completion matters.
- Providing general administrative support to the team as required.
- Demonstrated experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal in a reputable legal environment.
- Sound knowledge of conveyancing procedures, property law, and relevant legislation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
