As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will run residential conveyancing files from start to finish. Duties include contract perusal, dealing with clients and brokers, banks, agents, following up on outstanding conditions, on line searches, settlement statements, PEXA settlements, on line stamping and lodgments and general file management duties.Your experienceYou will have a minimum of 2 years Conveyancing Paralegal experience.The Law Firm / SalaryWell established general practice law firm, with 6 staff and growing.
