Job Description: We are seeking a talented and passionate Cook and Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both culinary arts and coffee preparation, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Cook Duties:
Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes including noodles and sushi.
Ensure food is prepared to the highest quality and standards.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines.
Assist in menu planning and development.
Barista Duties:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, smoothies, and other drinks.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station.
Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and interacting with customers.
Assist with other tasks such as preparing sandwiches, cakes, and ice-cream.
Selection Criteria:
Proven experience as a cook, preferably with expertise in Asian cuisine.
Skilled barista with experience in a fast-paced coffee environment.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
