AddressCHAI N DOSA is looking for multiple qualified and experienced Cooks to join our business on a full-time basis. Salary on offer is $70000-$80000 plus super, depending on experience.
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indian cuisine, strong cooking skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Cook at Chan n Dosa, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring the highest quality and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, and more.
· Ensure all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and taste.
· Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
· Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, following food safety and hygiene standards.
· Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials.
· Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring fresh and adequate supplies.
· Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
