About the opportunity
An exciting career opportunity exists for a highly motivated & proactive Cook to to join the team in VIC. Working in a team environment you will deliver high quality guest meals that are cooked and prepared in the hotel kitchen. You will maintain the highest hygiene standards and ensure compliance to specific food preparation standards set by the venue and relevant regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchen
- Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu
- An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Flexible availability
