About the role

This new role is an exciting opportunity to grow an internal team from the ground up, enhance relationships with contractors, consultants and customers and ensure that the Shire's tree management and maintenance activities leave a positive legacy for future generations.
About you
You will bring strong knowledge and experience of arboriculture in a local government context, including the ability to develop and lead a team to manage and enhance Council's tree assets. Your management and technical skills and the ability to deliver service excellence in tree management, contractor management and customer service is just what we are looking for. Possessing a 'can do' approach with the ability to hit the ground running will position you well for success.
