Japanese-Speaking Expatriate Coordinator - Part Time

Are you fluent in Japanese and passionate about providing exceptional support to expatriates? We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Japanese-Speaking Expatriate Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth transition and ongoing support for expat employees.Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking expatriates, providing assistance with relocation, housing, and cultural adaptation.
• Coordinate all aspects of the expatriate assignment process, including visa applications, immigration procedures, and compliance with local regulations.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate seamless expatriate relocation and integration into the local community.
• Provide ongoing support to expatriates throughout their assignment, addressing any concerns or challenges they may encounter.
• Organize cultural orientation sessions and language training programs to enhance expatriate integration and success.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to expatriate assignments, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support with company expenses and basic payroll processes.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Proven experience in Expatriate Coordinator, PA, EA, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness of the challenges faced by expatriates living and working abroad.
• Knowledge of VISA regulations, particularly those related to Japan, is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is advantageous.
