• Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and be responsible for the co-ordination of the hotel's events, internal functions and social events
• Analyse and create detailed Banquet Event Orders that are tailored to client requirements
• Assist and coordinate event arrangements, creating unforgettable memories for our guests to exceed their expectations
• Work closely with the sales team to maximise all potential business leads
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
• Liase with associates and other departments to deliver service excellence with each customer experience
• Complete event administration tasks and offer general support to the team
• Generating departmental weekly and monthly reports including Bonvoy points.

About You:

• Study or Relevant experience in event management
• Full working rights in Australia
• Enthusiastic to escalate your career
• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
• Ability to offer lateral support to banquet operations whenever needed, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for all guests.
• CI/TY knowledge highly regarded.
• RSA required.
