- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and be responsible for the co-ordination of the hotel's events, internal functions and social events
- Analyse and create detailed Banquet Event Orders that are tailored to client requirements
- Assist and coordinate event arrangements, creating unforgettable memories for our guests to exceed their expectations
- Work closely with the sales team to maximise all potential business leads
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
- Liase with associates and other departments to deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Complete event administration tasks and offer general support to the team
- Generating departmental weekly and monthly reports including Bonvoy points.
- Study or Relevant experience in event management
- Full working rights in Australia

- Ability to offer lateral support to banquet operations whenever needed, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for all guests.
- CI/TY knowledge highly regarded.
