Coordinator Digital Communications

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and write targeted, engaging, and plain English digital content, including copy, video, and graphics, that is customer-focused and follows digital best practices.
• Produce regular reports on the performance of digital channels against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Complete user research and testing of digital content and products to ensure content meets customer service and accessibility standards.
• Provide support, advice, and training in content management systems, email marketing platforms, social media management, and Google Analytics to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure that content published on digital channels meets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), brand guidelines, and style guide requirements.
• Training users in navigating around the intranet
• Putting out weekly newsletters

• Qualifications and/or relevant experience in design platforms, email marketing platforms, content management systems and Google Data Studio.
• Proven experience formatting complex and lengthy content into user focused digital content
• Background/ Experience with Squiz Matrix and Mailchimp
