About the Role
We are recruiting for three Coordinator roles, including a Planning Coordinator and Execution Coordinator.
Reporting directly to the OS Superintendent Maintenance, these roles are responsible for the planning, scheduling, and resourcing of maintenance across OS WAIO.
The Planning Coordinator roster is a 5/2, 4/3. The Execution Coordinator roster is an 8/6.
Your duties will include:
- Foster positive & productive working relationships and team culture
- Set and maintain clear safety and cultural standards within the leadership team
- Lead safety investigations and risk assessments
- Planning, scheduling and resourcing all fixed plant maintenance activities
- Managing the logistics and execution of fixed plant shutdown activities
- Build capability through coaching, mentoring and provide technical advice and support OS maintenance supervisors
- Lead and support continuous improvement opportunities
- Coordination of fixed plant mechanical maintenance with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Timely data collation, analysis and sharing of key work management metrics
About You
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Strong communication skills and a track record of achieving results through using your influence
- The ability to successfully lead and work within a team environment and build effective working relationships
- Experience or a fast learner with work management software tools (e.g. 1SAP)
- Extensive experience in fixed plant and shutdown maintenance or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in detailed scoping and maintenance planning for multi-disciplined workgroups operating in a Fixed Plant Maintenance environment is preferred but not essential
- Experience gained in a shutdown environment would be advantageous
- Proficiency in leading and problem-solving across diverse stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
- Minimum of C class manual drivers licence.
