How you’ll make a difference
You will provide collaborative work with community on our sustainable goals to reduce waste to landfill and explore more recycling and circular economy options. Lead the implementation of the new food and garden organics service.
Our ideal candidate
- Extensive experience of resource management and circular economy practices and principles
- Fits well in a team environment with the ability to coach and mentor staff
- Ability to network with other departments and local government agencies
- Excellent formal and informal communication skills both verbally and in written form
- Ability to demonstrate and display the Hepburn Shire Council Values - Accountability, Respect, Excellence, Trust and Fun, and how they relate to this role
