A great opportunity for an experienced Corporate Administrative Officer to join this busy team for a long term 12-month temporary assignment.
About the role:
- Providing support to the Agency staff of fleet, mail and other corporate operations matters.
- Engaging with Services Australia on the Agency fleet issues including leasing arrangements.
- Contributing to team planning, task assignment and monitoring activities to support delivery and completion of work.
- Contributing to and monitoring section workload and managing stakeholder inquiries.
- Supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures to support the activities of the team, including resolving and/or escalating issues as they arise.
- Supporting the contribution of the design and implementation of broader improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and compliance, including technology, functional changes and general process improvements.
About you:
- You will have Customer service background.
- You will have Team player.
- You will have problem solving skills.
- You will have good attention to detail.
- You will have strong communication skills.
- You will have proficient in Microsoft Excel.

- From $43.82 to $55.24 per hour + Super
