What does the job look like?
The Corporate Affairs Manager works within the Marketing and Communications team and plays a key role promoting and protecting the Linfox brand. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll create informative and engaging communications and content for key audiences.
With expertise managing Corporate Affairs and public relations, you are comfortable working with stakeholders at every level of the business, while maintaining relationships stakeholders including media, government, public interest groups, customers etc.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering Linfox's strategic media plan, as well as assisting with news and publications, internal communications, and marketing campaigns.
Key accountabilities

• Lead Linfox's media strategy, including managing reactive media.
• Ensure any potential communications/media risks or issues are raised and managed effectively.
• Lead online news, including managing company website stories.
• Assist in planning and execution of campaigns and communications.
• Support internal campaigns and communications with copywriting, design, and layout assistance.

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Superior literacy skills with ability to write effectively for different audiences across different channels.
• Sharp eye for detail and great news sense
• Understanding of what 'best practice' looks like for media relations and brand management
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Ability to produce work in a timely and accurate manner.
• Degree with a strong communications component, e.g., marketing, communications.
