Corporate Associate to Senior Associate

The Firm:
This national law firm services a mix of listed and large privately owned companies, offering a range of specialised legal services which includes an award winning corporate team.
About the role:
As part of this multi-Partner practice, this role will see you working closely with one of those Partners across a varied mix of work, including:

• drafting technical advice, negotiating legal agreements and contracts including shareholder agreements, licenses and sale and purchase agreements;
• advising on M&A transactions;
• advising on intellectual property protection, particularly structuring;
• assisting on structuring and tax work (though this will not be a large part of your role); and
• maintaining high-quality service and client relationships.

Skills/Experience:
To be considered you will have:

• 2-8 years PAE corporate and commercial experience ideally from a mid tier or top tier firm;
• excellent attention to detail and a sharp, analytical mind; and
• the confidence to manage client relationships.
