Corporate Business Developement Manager - Perth

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at our luxury hotel, which is part of a large hotel group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our corporate and wholesale business, ensuring the hotel remains a top choice for luxury accommodation.
  
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive corporate and wholesale business growth for the hotel.
- Identify and establish relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and wholesalers to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored packages and promotions to attract corporate clients and wholesale partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the luxury hotel industry.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure the hotel remains competitive.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with corporate clients and wholesale partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of services for corporate clients and wholesale partners.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, performance, and achievements to senior management.
  
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, preferably within the luxury hotel industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the corporate and wholesale sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
