About The OpportunityJoin an established international hospitality owner and operator with a solid pipeline of current and upcoming projects for aBusiness Development Manager/Senior Manager / CorporateLeasing role to join their team based in Perth CBD.
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth for our serviced apartment portfolio.
- Market available apartment hotel units, develop corporate clientele, conduct property tours, and screen potential tenants.
- Track and analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals that meet client needs.
- Negotiate lease agreements, address tenant inquiries, and collaborate with property management teams to maximize occupancy.
- Cultivate strong bonds with existing and potential clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Manage and oversee partnerships with online travel agencies (OTAs) and distribution channels specific to the serviced apartment market.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (operations, housekeeping, guest services) to ensure exceptional guest experiences and positive client relationships.
Essential Requirements:
- At least 3 to 5 years of similar experience in Business Development, sales, or leasing experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, serviced apartment or apartment hotel).
- Experience working within the hospitality industry, specifically in serviced apartments or extended-stay accommodations.
- Deep understanding of the serviced apartment/corporate housing market and its current trends in Perth WA.
- Proven ability to identify and develop relationships with corporate clients, relocation companies, and travel agencies seeking serviced apartment solutions.
- Experience in securing long-term contracts with corporate clients for business travel or employee relocations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Outstanding time management, administration, and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
