Based in Sydney and reporting to the Head of Finance ANZ you will be responsible for providing Business Partnering to a variety of stakeholders across the region.
Your duties include but are not limited to:
- P&L support with consideration give to pricing, yield, margins, operating costs and profitability
- Provide overall financial insights into business drivers
- Review financial reporting to provide insights
- Partner with the Finance Hub to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Support stakeholders to ensure correct finance processes are adopted
- Investigate report trends in KPIs and implement plans to maximise performance
- Provide variance analysis and overall financial modelling
To shine in this role, you will ideally have strong communication skills and experience in Finance Business Partnering. A passion for working in the tourism/attraction industry is essential.
You will also have:
- Experience in Business Partnering or technical role
- Ideally a degree in a related field and/or CA/CIMA/CPA qualified
- Ideally experience in consumer facing organisation with a continuous improvement agenda
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to a range of stakeholders
