Located in Gepps Coss our client is currently seeking a Supplier Services Support Coordinator to ensure smooth vendor/customer transactions and provide crucial support to their Trading Managers and team.
This Position will be casual for the first 3 months with the look to go permanent for the right person. 38hrs/ week, Monday to Friday.
Position Overview:
As a Supplier Services Support Coordinator, you'll handle day-to-day administration and pricing functions, supporting Trading Managers and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Administer pricing and administrative tasks for vendor/customer transactions.
- Support Trading Managers and team members with inquiries and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and assist in process improvement.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Relevant high school qualifications or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in Supplier Services Support or procurement.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- High level of intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, with demonstrated ability to use Excel to generate reports and complete data analysis
- Customer service skills – (internal and external)
- Ability to communicate effectively, follow instructions, seek answers to questions whenever in doubt, to think laterally and to work flexibly in a team environment
