About the roleIn this role, you will be advising high-profile clients, large-scale corporate and commercial transactions, such as, capital raising, joint ventures, corporate advisory and mergers & acquisitions.
About youProactive & motivated lawyer with 3+ PQE in corporate and commercial law;
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
- Excellent drafting and negotiating skills;
- Strong technical, drafting and communication skills;
- The ability to manage your time & priorities effectively; and
- The ability to work autonomously and cohesively within a team.
