Join CS Energy as a Receptionist at our Corporate Office, where you'll play a vital role as the first point of contact for our organisation.
This role offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our team and contribute to the overall success of CS Energy.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage the reception area of Corporate Office, serving as the primary point of contact for telephone calls and visitors.
- Greet and assist all internal and external stakeholders with inquiries and requests.
- Provide administrative assistance to the business, including accounts administration, client catering needs, and document management.
- Coordinate the provision and distribution of Brisbane Office access cards and maintain associated databases.
- Assist in the coordination of security and safety data to ensure compliance with protocols.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Build and manage constructive relationships with Executive Assistants and the Administration Team to support collaboration and efficiency.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of Reception service requirements.
- Previous experience with SAP is desirable.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- High level customer service skills, with a positive and professional approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Punctual and reliable.
- High level of competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Available to work within the Brisbane office on a daily basis during core business hours.
