Reporting to the Executive Assistant, we are seeking to engage an organised and professional Receptionist/Office Administrator, who will be responsible for all front of house duties and provide support to the EA & Leadership team across the corporate support services.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- The provision of reception duties, including the management of incoming phone inquiries and mail correspondence.
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Setting up and managing meeting rooms
- Coordinating travel
- Ensuring the kitchen and surrounding office/meeting rooms remain clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Maintaining appropriate levels of office supplies, stationery, and office equipment
- Provision of catering services and assistance to organise company events
- Providing administrative support to the Executive Assistant and other ad-hoc administration across the corporate support services team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a capacity to build and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in providing administrative support.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, problem solve and meet deadlines while maintaining a high quality of work
- Demonstrated experience with MS Word, MS Excel and related programs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Friendly and approachable manner.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- The Corporate Receptionist will need to develop a working knowledge of organisational functional responsibilities, have excellent organisational, time management and attention to detail skills with an ability to balance conflicting priorities and work to deadlines.
