  • Offering starting salary of $93,295 + super | Sydney CBD based

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our dynamic and high preforming team. Working closely with the Workplace Experience team, your primary responsibilities will be administering and supporting a variety of workplace services including managing a busy reception, providing regional office support, overseeing visitor and building access, coordinating meeting rooms, handling mail and courier services and general administration tasks. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining processes to ensure core operational business unit outcomes to a high standard. You will act as the initial point of contact for our visitors and staff, ensuring a seamless, welcoming and professional experience at all times.

Duties

It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Corporate Receptionist you will:

  • Provide general administration and support services for office facilities in order to support the efficient delivery of business. This includes arranging meeting room configurations, ordering and delivery of catering requests, maintaining consumables and general upkeep of kitchens and print rooms.
  • Develop and maintain a sound understanding of relevant policies and procedures in order to provide accurate information on the range of enquiries relevant to the functions of the team.
  • Provide a range of administrative and office support services which may include filing and records management, mail receipt and sorting, external courier bookings and deliveries, maintenance of registers, photocopying, compilation of data, statistics and reports to support the smooth running of the office activities.
  • Provide a warm, professional, and friendly welcoming assistance and support business wide. Including meet and greet, complaint handling, feedback management, standards & client service delivery, while maintaining a high standard presentation and consistent provision of customer service.
  • Coordinate and deliver the management of multiple meeting rooms including technology operation, support events and organisation of catering.
  • Respond to enquiries by phone, email or in person, ensuring an accurate, customer focused and timely response, escalating to the appropriate person as required.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external access to the main offices and provide security and safety instructions / induction and direction to visitors, contractors and service providers.

Skills & Experience

  • A range of experience in providing office support services in a busy office environment.
  • 3 + years' reception/office manager experience in a corporate environment
  • Capacity to complete manual tasks and spend prolonged periods of time standing and walking. Rotate across all locations as required and oversee the day-to-day functions
  • Provide a warm, professional, friendly, and welcoming assistance and support business wide. Including complaint handling, feedback management, standards and client service delivery.
  • Proficiency in Teams and Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, Excel
