About the Role
Run a tight ship? We have an opportunity for a Senior Producer to join our Melbourne team.
We’re looking for an energetic, proactive and progressive Senior Producer with a great eye for detail and at least 5 years’ experience in a production role (agency or production).
You will:
- Help to consistently deliver exceptional work across a diverse range of projects, from animated social videos to large scale TV campaigns
- Manage a team of six Managing team of six, including producers and editors
- Be part of a dynamic, fast paced team, reporting to the Managing Director
- Enhance the established relationships with our suppliers and clients, as well as build new effective business connections
Skills & Experience Required
- At least 5 years’ experience in a production role (agency or production)
- A creatively-minded, agile and excellent communicator who attacks challenges head on with drive and passion
- Experience with video production and have experience with workflow management and scheduling tools such as Trello, Wrike and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with the full Adobe Creative Suite is also a huge plus
- Given the nature of the work, a current Working with Children Check is required
