The Role:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be instrumental in identifying and closing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and contributing to our revenue growth. You will engage in a mix of inbound and outbound activities working closely with our sales team to develop strategies that align with our business goals.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly within the corporate market, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- A strong understanding of the luxury gift and real estate industries would be a bonus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence, collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Experience in conducting market research and using data-driven insights to inform sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement and Acquisition: Develop relationships, identify and engage new customers, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Collaborate on sales strategies, manage lead pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, provide feedback on customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Team Collaboration and Communication: Share insights with the team, communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, and participate in sales training.
