About Us:
We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company specialising in luxury gifts in the corporate and real estate industries. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are looking for a talented Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our expansion within the corporate sector, focusing on home builders, medical, finance and other related markets.

The Role:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be instrumental in identifying and closing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and contributing to our revenue growth. You will engage in a mix of inbound and outbound activities working closely with our sales team to develop strategies that align with our business goals.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within the corporate market, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • A strong understanding of the luxury gift and real estate industries would be a bonus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence, collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Experience in conducting market research and using data-driven insights to inform sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement and Acquisition: Develop relationships, identify and engage new customers, and maintain client satisfaction.
  2. Sales Strategy and Execution: Collaborate on sales strategies, manage lead pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
  3. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, provide feedback on customer needs and competitive landscape.
  4. Team Collaboration and Communication: Share insights with the team, communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, and participate in sales training.
