Job Summary:
Capability Support is seeking a Corporate Services Coordinator to assist with crucial business functions and service delivery, including completion of administrative tasks, operational support and office support for our growing and thriving office.
Responsibilities:
As the Corporate Services Coordinator, you will work with the Director of Operations and the Service Delivery team to deliver timely functions to assist the delivery of services to people in the community.
Your main roles will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the Operations Team to onboard Frontline Staff Members, completing relevant probity checks to ensure safety of Children, Young People and People living with Disability.
- Provide Operational Support to the Service Delivery team, including, but not limited to the provision of professional and timely reports to Child and Youth Protection Services (CYPS).
- Assist with Internal and External Communication
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and events at the Capability Offices, upholding the professional and flexible nature of Capability Support.
- Assist with scheduling staff training and communication.
- Participate in feedback, design and improvement of service provision, including the automation of administrative functions at Capability Support.
Skills:
As the Corporate Services Coordinator, you will require a diverse range of skills that will be applied to assist to deliver our services. These include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrated experience working in an administrative or community support setting would be desired, but not essential.
- High level communication skills, written and verbal.
- High level problem solving skills with the ability to think and respond quickly
- Great organisational skills
- Good IT proficiency, especially across the Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to handle matters confidentially and in the interest of Capability's clients.
- Effective Time-Management skills.
