We now have fixed term and permanent opportunities for Corporate Support Officers to join Energy Queensland at our Raceview and Berrinba depots.
The positions
- Fixed Term (12 months) – Berrinba
- Permanent – Raceview.
You’ll join a high performing team of Corporate Support Officers dedicated to providing efficient administrative support to various departments across Ergon Energy Network and Energex as part of Energy Queensland.
Day to day you will utilise your high level of interpersonal skills when providing support to our field leaders and employees with time sheeting, labour costing analysis, processing corporate card transactions, purchasing, and monitoring, sweeping, and assigning web work requests and work order requests.
You will respond to a varied range of enquiries across multi-channel communication platforms including phone, email, and face to face with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
You’ll receive comprehensive training, coaching, and mentoring throughout your journey to set you up for success. The opportunities are endless within Energy Queensland.
The remuneration for your new role is from $85k – $88k per annum plus 12.75% superannuation (9-day fortnight) and from $98k - $101k per annum plus 12.75% superannuation (10-day fortnight).

You thrive working in a fast-paced team environment and have proven organisational and time management skills.
You have strong verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and confidently and when solving problems follow through to resolution.
You’re self-motivated and you work proactively to deliver work autonomously with a commitment to embrace new learnings and processes within a fast-paced environment.
Ideally you hold a Certificate IV in Business Administration or have demonstrated experience and capability within an administrative environment, and ability to gain the knowledge of corporate information, administrative systems and processes.
