About the Role
- Lead and manage the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of strategic and operational facility based projects within Maintenance Services.
- Lead the Maintenance Apprentice Program across all facilities including completing and management of centralised documentation, participating in performance development in conjuction with the direct line manager and general point of contact for this work goup.
- Lead the ongoing review, development and delivery of Corporate Support functions to ensure they are appropriate and meet service needs by engaging, consulting and negotiating with clients and key stakeholders.
- High level management, monitoring and negotiation of contracts across maintenance services both statutory and adhoc with external agencies, individuals, other facilities and other health and hospital services.
