We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Correspondence Officer to commence a contract. About the RoleYou will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and finalisation of executive correspondence, providing guidance on workflow systems, monitoring deadlines, coordinating feedback, and maintaining relationships with government agencies.
- Coordinate feedback to departmental officers and manage mail outs of final responses
- Maintain business relationships with government agencies on correspondence protocols
- Monitor and track written advice efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
- Address and direct client queries via email and telephone
