About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Creative Marketing Executive with exceptional attention to detail to guide the company's vision and assist in building their brand. This individual will drive the execution of Aria's vision through comprehensive marketing and branding strategies across all platforms. This fast-paced role requires coordination with various team members and departments, along with external creative agencies, to ensure successful implementation of the vision and brand. Your contribution to the team will involve:
- Maintain and uphold the Aria brand across all mediums and ensure content is updated consistently.
- Develop and deliver creative branding for projects and emphasising innovation and excellence.
- Manage and expand Aria's social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Ensure consistent brand representation across mediums, including websites, new section stories, news publications etc.
- Prepare marketing collateral for internal and external presentations.
- Oversee VIP experience creative, print materials, and ongoing refinement.
- Management and organisation of collateral for public relations requirement
- Photography management and relationships with photographers
- General invitations and events collateral as required for internal and external events.
- Management and co-ordination of all project related branding items pre-launch, during launch and post launch and to completion as required.
- Project pre-launch – Assist in organising marketing collateral such as brochures, pre-release books, aerial maps, view shots, view angles floor plan co-ordination and mark ups, schedule of finishes, plan dimensioning, elevation comparisons, lifestyle photography, display re-fit, LED Wall app updates, immersion room update, onsite signage and hoarding.
- Project Launch – Management of launch procedures, assisting with requested collateral as required from sales groups.
- Post launch –ongoing construction updates, roadshow presentation, additional feature collateral and filming.
- Aria retail/commercial - signage / hoarding / window decals for future retail sites.
- Aria Living – Co-ordinate marketing creatives for lift notices, tenant books, move-in books, owner books, ongoing website updates, additional collateral for Aria Living requests.
- General ad hoc marketing support for internal departments as requested.
The ideal candidate:
- A minimum of 2 years marketing experience in a similar role within the residential real estate or property industry.
- Experience in graphic design is required, a qualification is highly advantageous.
- Experience in public communications experience and social media management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Capable of managing multiple deadlines to ensure advertising content is produced, approved and placed on the applicable portal.
- Highly efficient in the following software programs and multiple websites: Office Suite, Adobe Suite(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Facebook, Instagram and other relevant systems.
- A zest for creativity and innovative thinking.
- An exceptionally high eye for detail and can work autonomously.
- Excellent communication, time management and decision making.
