- Allocations and receipting of payments
- Guiding customers around credit processes and the business policies
- Taking accounts on and off hold and explaining reasoning behind holds to customers
- Collections of amounts due on accounts, leading to a reduction of outstanding debtors whilst maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- High volume phone and email collections to ensure debt is kept to a minimum
- Enforcing internal policies relating to the credit hold process
- Weekly reporting as required
- Highly motivated and results oriented with a great attitude
- 1 years + experience within commercial credit (industry experience outside of financial services)
- A team player - my client prides themselves on their culture and ability to work together as a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well supported by an engaging, professional, manner
- Excellent MS Office Suite proficiency with emphasis on Excel
