We specialise in recruiting mental health professionals across all disciplines within a healthcare setting. Due to rapid growth, we are now looking for someone to join the Nectar Healthcare team as a Credit Controller. You will be working out of our office in the heart of Manly, conveniently located close to public transport (ferry & bus).

About the Role
This position is working as part of our finance team to undertake credit control activities and finance administrative functions for Nectar. You will undertaking the following duties:
- Accounts payable & accounts receivable – credit control
- Bank reconciliations
- Case management for aged debtors
- Liaising with all stakeholders to address invoicing issues
- Fix queries within our CRM system
- Undertaking administrative duties as required
About You
This is a varied role which will suit someone who has the following skill set:
- Experience using Xero software
- Experience in AP/AR
- An understanding of the recruitment industry - not essential
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Desire to work in a supportive and collaborative environment
