About the Role
This highly collaborative role will see you assisting with the day-to-day management of debtor accounts, managing debt recovery, and reconciliation of Cash on Delivery accounts. Duties include:
- Liaising with sales/production teams regarding outstanding items and queries
- Collecting and reconciling debtors and COD accounts
- Processing credit applications by collating information, setting up new accounts, and actioning credit limit increases
- Reviewing all inactive accounts and assessing their risk category
- Assisting the Credit Manager with day-to-day management and month-end procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in Credit Control or supporting Accounts Receivable activies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong general computer skills (must be proficient in Word and Excel)
- Previous SAP experience is highly desirable but not essential
- Must be able to work on-site in the Silverwater office 5 days per week

Terms
- 3 month initial contract with the intention to convert to perm
- Start ASAP (our client can wait up to 2-4 weeks for the right person to give notice to their current employer)
- Must be able to work in the Silverwater office 5 days per week (due to the highly collaborative nature of the role)
- Must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Paying approximately $35-$45 per hour (commensurate with skills and experience)
