About the role: The Credit officer is a full-time position based at our North Ryde Head office.
Reporting to the Credit Manager, this role is responsible for proactively and skilfully managing the collections process, ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding debts while preserving positive relationships internally and externally. Key Accountabilities: Obtain payment of accounts within agreed trading terms Ensure any arrears are collected promptly. Resolve customer account issues.
