Credit Officer

An opportunity to work as a Credit Officer within a collaborative and friendly team - 2-3 months initially & CBD based.

The Role:
This role will be best suited to someone who is interested in growing their credit knowledge and adding value to a new, collaborative team. You should have a keen eye for detail, be solutions driven and have the ability to think outside the box. 2-3 months initially with excellent CBD location and 2 days WFH!
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Housekeeping & cleaning up ledgers
• Managing the AR email inbox
• High volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Invoicing/receipting
• Dealing with credit queries
• Creating new accounts
• Collections of overdue accounts
• Other ad-hoc duties as required by AR Manager

Your skills & experience:

• At least 2 years’ experience within a similar role
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability & desire to work within a team environment
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to empathise with others.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel (Vlookups & Pivot tables)
