The Role

We are currently seeking a positive and energetic individual to join our busy Credit team located at our Forrestfield Branch. The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

• Receipt and allocate payments accurately
• Working with internal and external customers to facilitate the resolution of account discrepancies and disputes.
• Assisting the Credit Controller in the collection of overdue accounts
• Working with customers when they have exceeded their account credit limit.
• Processing credit card payments
• Processing trading account applications
• Assist with month end processing and reporting
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
• Provide back up to other finance and administrative roles, as and when required.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess the following:

• Demonstrated experience in administration and/ or accounts
• Intermediate - proficiency in Excel and Word
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Natural ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff and management
• Outstanding customer service with a strong focus on sustaining and growing business
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Ability to multi task and prioritise your daily responsibilities
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
