My Finance House is part of the MMH Group established in 2011. Based in Norwood (SA) and recently opening in West Perth (WA) in May 2023 our team has significantly grown and as such we require another Credit Assessment Officer based in WA.
We have consistently since 2014 been a top 10 performing brokerage in South Australia with some of our individual brokers being winners of “AFG Broker of the Year”, “AFG Home Loan Broker of The Year” & “Rising Star of The Year” and our office “AFG Top Broker Office of the Year”.
To be considered for this role you will have proven experience in:
- Displaying thorough understanding of multiple lender and mortgage credit policies
- Analysing and interpreting financial data
- Assisting with the structuring and packaging of loan applications to lender
- Ensuring all applications are done within the appropriate time frame
- Investment Lending
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- At least 6 months previous administration experience in a lending support role or similar experience in financial services industry with knowledge of the home loan application process and credit analysis.
- A strong sense of accountability, willingness to take ownership and drive resolution of issues
- An ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced and changing team environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive, ability to retain new information and learn

Remuneration is flexible and based on experience and knowledge but will consist of a high base salary and additional bonus per settled loan.
